     EMW Construction & Remodeling is primarily, a small residential construction and remodeling company that has been building extraordinary projects for over ten years. Our quality workmanship and efficient execution of customers goals has earned us a great reputation and often, repeat business. Our small size and years of experience couple well with being flexible to your schedule. We specialize in remodel projects like complete kitchens and baths; from tear out to touch up. Small projects are also welcomed. Our day to day general construction duties include: fencing, decks, electrical, plumbing, doors, windows, tile, floors, paint and finish carpentry.

      I believe my personal eye for detail is attributed to a long line of craftsman forefathers. As the principal estimator and builder I pride myself on doing a good job. I strive for 100 percent satisfaction. I also strive to build with good materials so the outcome of the project is more than satisfactory. Your home or business and happiness is of the utmost importance to us.

Residential and occasional Commercial Properties

     I personally manage all stages of your project. From the pre-design phase of a project and permits through construction and delivery. I have formed alliances with property owners, architects, structural engineers, specialized trades people and have also at times, worked under other high quality contractors to help expedite the customers goals. I am a proud holder of a General Contractors "Class B" license which encompasses all construction projects from the ground up, have a bachelors level degree and am constantly learning how to better my trade skills. I have had the opportunity to work at several addresses in communities that value unique and aesthetically pleasing designs mostly in the Bay Area, Lake Tahoe and other surrounding vacation property locales.
